The rocking mechanism (also known as the bed) is the main component of the shaker. It is directly related to the loose, stratified and longitudinal movement speed of the ore particles on the bed. According to the characteristics of generating reciprocating motion, there are two types, one is the bed head that produces approximate symmetrical motion, such as the spring-loaded fast shaker, which is currently used less and is not introduced; the other is to generate asymmetric reciprocating motion. The characteristics of the bed head, mainly eccentric toggle plate, cam lever type, inertia spring type. The bed of Hengyang shaker (also known as 6-s shaker) is this type. Its structure is shown in the figure. When the pulley 1 is driven by the motor, when the eccentric shaft 2 rotates, the link 3 moves up and down. Since the fixed bracket seat 4 is stationary, when the link 3 is moved downward, the tail rod 6 is moved backward by the push of the front and rear brackets 5. The shaker stroke can be adjusted by moving the slider 11 up and down by the hand wheel 10 to move the movable bracket 12 up and down. The slider is raised to increase the angle between the two brackets, thereby reducing the stroke, and the stroke varies from 10 to 30 mm. The degree of compression of the spring can be adjusted by the bolts 13, and the degree of compression should be properly noted. The tension is too small to help the brackets to contract. During the operation, the ends of the brackets are prone to impact and even the brackets are detached. The tension is too large, the power consumption is increased, and the spring is also easily broken. It is mainly composed of four parts: the transmission eccentric wheel, the platen, the clip and the rocker arm. When the transmission eccentric shaft 8 rotates, the roller 7 also rotates freely and presses the platen 10, and the platen moves up and down around the eccentric shaft 9 of the platen, and the movement of the platen is transmitted by the clamp 11 to the winding axis for swinging left and right. The rocker arm 1, the upper arm of the rocker arm is connected to the bed surface through the T-head 6, the connecting fork 4 and the tie rod 3. When the transmission is eccentrically moved downward, the bed surface retreats, and the spring under the bed surface is pressed; when the transmission is eccentrically moved upward, the spring under the bed surface is loosened and the bed surface is advanced. The spring bed head is mainly composed of an inertial vibrator and a differential mechanism with elastic impact. The inertial vibrator is mainly composed of an eccentric wheel 6, a spring piece 2, a suspension spring 5, and the like. Its role is to make the bed surface reciprocating. The differential mechanism is mainly composed of a soft spring 3, a hard spring 7, a spring seat 8, and a striking plate 4. Its role is to make the bed surface differential motion. 1. Eccentric toggle plate rocking mechanism
The advantage of the eccentric link bed head is that the stroke adjustment range is large and the adjustment is convenient. When selecting the coarse sand, it is better than other bed heads. The disadvantage is that the bed structure is more complicated, the brackets are easily broken, and there are many parts that are easy to wear.
China's tungsten ore selection plant often uses Hengyang bed head.

The motion characteristics can be changed by adjusting the position of the eccentric shaft of the platen. The eccentric axial front asymmetry of the platen increases. The stroke adjustment screw rod 5 can move the T-shaped head up and down to change the stroke of the bed surface.

Third, the inertia spring type rocking mechanism The structure of the spring bed head is as shown below:
When the eccentric 6 is rotated, the suspension spring 5 is slightly moved up and down to keep the pulley and the belt in tension. The spring piece 2 is moved back and forth and drives the bed surface to reciprocate. When the bed surface retreats, a distance (i.e., stroke length) is generated between the pad 4 and the spring seat 8, and at the same time, the soft spring is compressed. At the end of the process in front of the bed, the striking plate and the spring seat are strongly struck, so that the ore particles on the bed surface are subjected to a large inertia force, and the ore particles move forward. After the hitting plate and the spring seat hit, the bed surface immediately bounces back, so that the initial stage of the bed back stroke has a great acceleration, so the ore continues to move forward. Therefore, the abutment asymmetry of this structure is larger than that of the first two types of bed heads, and is particularly suitable for processing fine-grained materials.
The stroke of the spring bed can be adjusted between 5 and 25 mm. The method of adjusting the stroke is as follows: (1) Adjusting the larger stroke by adjusting the flat center distance of the eccentric. If the eccentricity is large, the stroke is large; if the eccentricity is small, the stroke is small. (2) Adjusting the smaller stroke is achieved by adjusting the tightness of the soft spring 3, that is, within a certain range, when the soft spring is tightened, the stroke is large, and the soft spring is loose, and the stroke is small. This method is often used in operations.
The advantages of the spring shaker are: high asymmetry, high efficiency in processing slime, simple structure, easy manufacture, convenient maintenance, convenient stroke adjustment and low power consumption. [next]
